Event Barn

A SITE IN SOUTHEASTER PENNSYLVANIA previously dedicated to theological education is being transformed into a resort destination as part of a 460-acre development. A key component of the development is the Event Barn—a new, authentic timber frame barn structure inspired by the agricultural setting and rich heritage of barns throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Providing 6,000 SF for wedding, corporate, exhibition and other events, the barn space additionally includes 5,000 SF in arrival space, public restrooms, bride and groom suites, and catering kitchen facilities. Surrounding the barn are outdoor gathering places, dining areas, a covered porch, and path and trail connections to all development amenities.
